The superior ground floor apartments of Villa Gracia are located in a fenced area only about 250 m from the spa and wellness centre. Villa Gracia consists of 4 apartment houses with a maximum capacity of 96 people (64 fixed beds and 32 extra beds). One apartment house consists of 4 separate apartments. The capacity of one apartment is 2x2+2, max. 6 people. Each apartment has two double rooms, a living room connected to the kitchenette, bathroom and summer terrase.
To increase the comfort of our guests, there is a hot tub and sauna under the gazebo of the apartment house. In the area of Villa Gracia we will also find a gazebo used for organizing family and corporate events. The gazebo can be heated, it can be used even in the colder season. The area is guarded by a camera system and illuminated overnight.
