Summer stays are weekly - from Saturday to Saturday.
Deposit
After confirming the binding order, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price is required.
Check-in
Guests can stay in mail season from 14:00 to 16:00. In case of earl
or late arrival, please contact us. In the off-season, accommodation
according to the agreement.
Check-out
On the day of departure, the apartments are available to you until
10:00. If you are interested in a later departure from the apartment
house, please inform us min. the day before your depature. For a fee you
can stay:
until 13.00h – 10Eur
until 18.00h – 25Eur
Deposit/fees
Local tourist tax is 0,82Eur/person /night
A refundable deposit 70Eur/apartment may be required on arrival.
A separation fee 20Eur/apartment may be charged on arrival. With proper separation, this fee will be refunded upon departure.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of your reservation more than 14 days before your booked date is a cancellation fee of 0 €.
If the stay is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the accommodation price.
In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation may be canceled.
Pets
Pets are welcome in Villa Gracia. Fee: 5Eur /night.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments. Smoking is allowed in a dayroom, on the terrace and outdoors.
Invoice
If you are interested in issuing an invoice for your stay, please let
us know in advance when booking your stay. It is not possible to issue
an additional invoice after the fiscal document has been issued.
